摘要

在刚玉质浇注料中添加AMC复相材料,利用AMC复相材料的CA6 和MA抗渣性好、热震稳定性好的特点来改善刚玉质浇注料的使用性能,同时AMC复相材料作为资源再利用的新产品,在价格方面具有明显的优势,它能够降低耐材的生产成本.试验表明,在刚玉质浇注料中加入 30%的AMC复相材料取得了较为理想的实验数据,其应用在钢包座砖上取得了良好的效果,既降低了生产成本,又有效地提高了钢包座砖的使用寿命.

Abstract

The service performance of corundum castable can be improved by mixing with the AMC composite which features good slag resistance and thermal shock resistance of CA6 and MA.Besides,the AMC composite,as a new product of resource recycling,can significantly reduce the production cost of refractory materials.According to the experimental results,adding 30%AMC composite into corundum castables can generate relatively ideal experimental data.Its application to the ladle seat bricks has achieved good results,not only reducing the production cost,but also effectively prolonging the service life of ladle seat bricks.
