炼钢连铸系统浸入式水口在上线前需要烘烤后进行使用,目前由于环保原因,钢铁企业水口烘烤由煤气烘烤转为电烘烤箱烘烤,在电烘烤箱体内烘烤的水口由于受热不均匀,水口在上线使用后出现不同程度的裂纹.为了解决烘烤均匀的问题,研究了一种电加热烘烤悬挂式防氧化烘烤箱体,满足了现场水口烘烤均匀的要求,同时使用氮气填充,又阻止了水口的氧化.
The submerged entry nozzles(SEN)for the steelmaking and CCM system need to be preheated before being put into use.Currently,due to environmental concerns,steel enterprises have shifted from gas preheating to electric preheating.The SENs preheated in an electrical oven is prone to cracking due to uneven heating.In order to tackle the problem,a new type of electric oven with SEN suspended and resisted to oxidation has been developed.Such an oven can preheat the SENs uniformly and is fueled with nitrogen,which can prevent oxidation of the SENs.
