摘要

目前钢厂使用的钢包下水口大多数为铝碳质机压下水口.铝碳质机压下水口为含碳产品,具有一定的导热性,热震稳定性及高温抗折强度偏低,且机压下水口存在体积密度不均匀,在使用过程中,极易出现断裂、钻孔、夹钢等情况.而浇注的下水口不含炭素材料,浇注体的导热性低,耐材部分和钢壳紧密结合,形成相互保护作用,且浇注下水口体积密度均匀,抗断裂能力高.

Abstract

Most of the ladle lower nozzles used in steel plants are compression molded with aluminum-carbon materials.Compression-molded lower nozzle is a carbon-containing product with certain thermal conductivity,low thermal shock stability,low HMOR,and uneven bulk density,making it prone to fracture,perforation,steel inclusion,etc.in the process of use.In contrast,the cast lower nozzle does not contain carbon material,leading to low thermal conductivity of the casting body.The refractory part is closely combined with the steel shell to form mutual protection,and the cast lower nozzle has uniform bulk density and high fracture resistance.
