摘要

分析了目前国内粉石灰生产现状及技术缺点,阐述了悬浮煅烧制备粉石灰工艺研究技术思路与技术优势,各种粒径的石灰石尾矿、钙质固废资源均可磨制成粉作为原料,提高了钙质资源的利用率,并结合现有工业生产线的不足,总结开拓了新技术升级路线:调质循环煅烧炉和二级悬浮煅烧炉.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the current status and technical shortcomings of powdered lime production in China,and elaborates on the technical ideas and advantages of preparing powder lime by suspension calcination process,in which limestone tailings with different particle sizes and calcium solid waste resources can be ground into powder as raw materials,thus improving the utilization rate of calcium resources.Meanwhile,based on the shortcomings of the existing industrial production lines,a new path to technological upgrading has been paved,i.e.tempering and circulating calciner and two-stage suspension calciner.
