利用石灰石制备高活性石灰的试验研究

摘要
活性高的石灰对节能减排以及"碳达峰、碳中和"具有重要作用,但是目前的活性石灰已经难以满足要求,高活性石灰生产技术越来越受到重视.本文针对乌海包钢矿业公司海南矿石灰石,分析了原料特性,研究了制备高活性石灰的工艺技术.研究结果表明:该矿业公司的石灰石主要矿物为方解石、白云石、石英、铁矿物,其分解特性与粒度有较大关系;利用该种石灰石可以煅烧高活性石灰,其最优条件为:粒度 0.125~0.63 mm,煅烧温度 1 000~1 050℃,煅烧时间 30~40 min.该条件下煅烧的高活性石灰晶粒细小,孔隙多,活性高.
Abstract
High activity lime plays an important role in energy conservation and emission reduction,as well as in peak carbon emissions and carbon neutrality.Since the current active lime has been found difficult to meet the requirements,increasingly more importance is being attached to the production technology of high activity lime.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the limestones from the Wuhai Hainan Mining Company of Baotou Steel Group and researches the process technology for preparing high activity lime.The research results show that the limestones from the mining company mainly include calcite,dolomite,quartz and iron minerals,and their decomposition characteristics are greatly related to their particle size.This type of limestone can be used to calcine highly active lime,especially,the limestones with a particle size of 0.125~0.63 mm at a calcination temperature of 1 000~1 050℃for 30~40 minutes.The highly active lime calcined under those conditions features fine grains,multiple pores,and high activity.
