铝硅合金粉对钢包下水口性能的影响

以板状刚玉、烧结莫来石、鳞片石墨为主要原料,热固性酚醛树脂为结合剂,复合添加金属铝粉和金属硅粉与添加铝硅合金粉进行对比研究铝硅合金粉对钢包下水口性能的影响.结果表明:添加铝硅合金粉试样体积密度会降低,气孔率增高,而试样的中温、高温强度有明显的增强,同时抗热震性也有显著提高.添加铝硅合金粉要优于复合添加金属铝粉和金属硅粉.
Using tabular corundum,sintered mullite and flake graphite as the main raw materials,and thermosetting phenolic resin as the binder,a comparative study is conducted on the effect of aluminum silicon alloy powder on the performance of the lower nozzle for ladle by adding metal aluminum powder and metal silicon powder versus adding aluminum silicon alloy powder.The results show that the addition of aluminum silicon alloy powder can reduce the bulk density of the sample,increase the porosity,and significantly enhance the medium temperature and high temperature strength of the sample.Meanwhile,the thermal shock resistance is also significantly improved.The addition of aluminum silicon alloy powder is superior to the composite addition of metal aluminum powder and metal silicon powder.
