摘要

结合RH真空槽耐火材料使用中存在的诸如真空槽砖体粉化、浸渍管浇注料脱落、环缝和合金料口凹坑等问题进行了分析,制定了浸渍管钢胆和耐材维护改进、环砖改进、真空槽烘烤和冷却优化等具体措施,使RH浸渍管平均使用寿命由 64.2 炉提高到 105.4 炉.

Abstract

The causes of the problems existing in the use of RH vacuum tank refractories at Tangsteel,such as pulverization of the bricks in vacuum tank,castable shedding from immersion tubes,ring seam and concave resistance of alloy material inlet,are analyzed.Concrete measures are worked out to solve the problems,such as maintenance and improvement of steel liners and refractories for the immersion tubes,ring bricks,preheating and cooling of the vacuum tank.The average service life of RH immersion tubes in Tangsteel is prolonged from 64.2 heats to 105.4 heats.
