鱼雷罐节能保温与安全周转的优化及应用

为了解决鱼雷罐运输过程中的节能保温和安全周转问题,对国内外鱼雷罐保温措施进行了调研分析,同时与首钢迁钢鱼雷罐实际运行的保温方案进行对比.结果表明:1)鱼雷罐采取罐壳外保温措施对其安全周转无影响;2)采用蜡石砖取代喷涂料可有效提高鱼雷罐运行安全性能;3)以蜡石砖为主的永久层方案保温效果优于喷涂料,鱼雷罐外壳温度能降低 10~15℃.
To solve the problems of energy conservation,thermal insulation,and safe turnover during the transportation of torpedo ladles,this paper investigated and analyzed the thermal insulation measures of torpedo ladles at home and abroad,and compared them with the actual thermal insulation schemes of torpedo ladles in Shougang Qiangang.The results indicate that:1)the adoption of external insulation measures for torpedo ladles has no impact on their safe turnover;2)replacing spray coating with pyrophyllite bricks can effectively improve the operational safety performance of torpedo ladles;3)the thermal insulation effect of the permanent lining mainly composed of pyrophyllite bricks is better than that of spray coating,and the temperature of the torpedo ladle shell is 10~15℃lower.
