Since the beginning of the 21st century,the new dry process of cement production has rapidly replaced the traditional wet process. The production capacity of dry process has increased exponentially,and the equipment of cement kiln systems has become increasingly larger. The working conditions and internal environment of dry process kiln equipment are also greatly different from those of wet process kilns,and higher requirements have been placed on the energy consumption indicators per unit product and the operating rate of the kiln system. Refractory materials,as a crucial component of the lining of the dry process kiln production line,not only work under high temperatures,but also reduce heat loss,improving energy utilization rate and reducing sulfur nitride emissions. Therefore,in order to ensure the normal operation of large-scale cement kiln production lines,it is necessary to reasonably design,configure,and construct the refractory materials,which are an essential part of the new dry process cement production line,to fulfill the demands imposed by the large-scale cement kiln on refractory materials.
