In response to the abnormal quality variation of lime product in the Maerz kiln,the article elaborates on the reasons for the abnormal occurrence,and the abnormal changes in kiln temperature and pressure,and proposes counter measures. The elaboration is made from three perspectives:air supply,material supply,and fuel. Targeted control measures are presented for different quality anomalies,and they are prerequisite for improving the stability of lime quality.
