铁沟浇注料是高炉炼铁用耐材的重要组成部分,目前影响铁沟浇注料使用寿命的一个重要指标是抗氧化性能,浇注料一旦被氧化,不仅内部碳源失去原有的抗侵蚀作用,而且会产生较多气孔,导致材料致密度和强度的大幅下降.为了改进铁沟浇注料的抗氧化性能,试验了新型抗氧化剂CaB6-SiC对浇注料抗氧化性和其他性能的影响.结果显示:随抗氧化剂CaB6-SiC引入量的增多,试样的抗氧化性能(脱碳层厚度表征)明显增强,常温强度逐渐下降,中温及高温处理后强度指标先增大后下降,线变化率逐渐增大,高温抗折强度先增后降.当抗氧化剂CaB6-SiC引入量达 1%时,浇注料试样可以得到最好的综合指标.
The effect of introducing antioxidant CaB6-SiC on the properties of ASC castable
Hot metal runner castable is an important component of refractory materials used in BF ironmaking.Currently,an important indicator that affects the service life of the hot metal runner castable is its oxidation resistance.Once the castable is oxidized,not only will its internal carbon source lose its original corrosion resistance,but more pores will be produced,leading to a significant decrease in material density and strength.In order to improve the oxidation resistance of the hot metal runner castable,the effect of a new antioxidant CaB6-SiC on the oxidation resistance and other properties of the castable is tested.The results showed that with the increase of the introduction of antioxidant CaB6-SiC,the antioxidant performance(thickness characterization of the decarburized layer)of the sample is significantly enhanced,and the room temperature strength gradually decreases.After medium and high temperature treatment,the strength indicator first increases and then decreases,the linear change rate gradually increases,and the high-temperature rupture strength first increases and then decreases.When the introduction of antioxidant CaB6-SiC reaches 1%,the castable sample reaches the best comprehensive index.
