超高温镁钙砂竖窑内部温度模拟及分析

根据现场测量的窑皮各位置温度和插入窑墙的热电偶温度,利用Workbench软件反向推导内窑墙温度;根据进料速度、出料温度、"一次风""二次风"流量、烟气温度以及物料和窑内气氛之间的热扩散特性,模拟出超高温镁钙砂竖窑内部物料的空气温度分布图,据此来指导实际生产和窑炉升级改造,以期烧制出品质更加优良的镁钙砂.
Simulation and analysis of internal temperature in ultra-high temperature magnesium calcium sand shaft kiln
The temperature of the inner kiln wall is inversely derived using Workbench software based on the temperatures measured at various positions of the kiln skin and the temperatures of the thermocouples inserted into the kiln wall on site.According to the feed rate,discharge temperature,primary and secondary air flowrates,flue gas temperature and the thermal diffusion characteristics between the materials and the atmosphere in the kiln,the air temperature distribution diagram of the materials inside the ultra-high temperature magnesia calcium sand shaft kiln is simulated.Based on this,it can guide actual production as well as upgrading of the kiln,in a bid to produce higher-quality magnesium calcium sand.
