摘要
论述了AOD炉用镁钙砖的工作条件,重点阐述了镁钙砖在制备过程中出现的重皮、冷裂、偏析、杂质等缺陷对其使用性能的影响,分析了镁钙砖废品和缺陷成因,并采取了改进措施.改进后的镁钙砖,其各项使用性能得到了改善,在AOD炉上使用达到了良好的效果.
Abstract
This article discusses the working conditions of magnesia-calcium bricks used in AOD furnaces,with a focus on the impact of defects,such as double-skin,cold crack,segregation,and impurities that occur during the preparation and operation of magnesia-calcium bricks,on their performance.Besides,the causes of waste products and defects of magnesium calcium bricks are analyzed,with improvement measures taken.The improved magnesia-calcium bricks have shown enhanced performance in various aspects,and achieved good results when using in AOD furnaces.
