新型环保无碳中间包干式料的研究与应用

采用新型无碳结合剂取代酚醛树脂研制出一种新型环保无碳干式料,并研究了无碳结合剂加入量对干式料性能的影响.结果表明:偏硅酸盐加入量为 8%时,干式料综合性能较为优异.引入橄榄砂能够有效降低干式料热膨胀性能及烧结性能,但是抗渣性能较镁质材料略差.研制的环保无碳干式料可以满足钢厂浇注超低碳钢的使用要求,不会使钢水增碳,环境友好,弥补了树脂结合干式料在低碳、环保方面的不足.
Research on a new type of environmentally-friendly,carbon-free and dry refractory for tundish and its application
A new environmentally-friendly,carbon-free and dry refractory was developed by replacing phenolic resin with a new type of carbon-free binder,and the effect of the amount of carbon-free binder on the performance of the dry refractory is studied.The results show that the dry refractory achieved a good comprehensive performance when the addition amount of metasilicate was 8%.The introduction of olive sand can effectively reduce the thermal expansion and sintering properties of dry refractory,but its slag resistance is slightly worse than that of magnesium materials.The developed environmentally-friendly,carbon-free,and dry refractory can meet the requirements of casting ultra-low carbon steel in steel plants,without increasing carbon content in the liquid steel.Its environmentally friendly feature compensates for the shortcomings of resin bonded dry refractory in terms of low-carbon production and environmental protection.
