Study and discussion on the production technology of mechanized lime shaft kiln with mixed fuels
The paper introduces the working principle of the mechanized lime shaft kiln with mixed fuels,elaborating on the relationship between the decomposition of calcium carbonate,the particle size of raw materials and fuels,the calcination duration and calcination temperature.It also discusses production based on process requirements such as production quality control and the compositions of raw materials and fuels.As a result,the product quality reached a new level,the production cost was reduced by about CNY 2.8 622 million,and the sales revenue increased by about CNY 9.41 million.
