摘要
从天然气燃烧理化特性分析、麦尔兹窑利用天然气煅烧风量计算、相应配套设备参数的优化调整等方面对麦尔兹石灰窑的技术改进进行了详细的阐述.同时创新性地提出了麦尔兹石灰窑利用天然气煅烧活性石灰的工艺操控模式,为冶金石灰行业的技术发展提供了新的思路.
Abstract
The paper thoroughly explains the technical improvement of the Maerz lime kiln based on the analysis of the physical and chemical characteristics of natural gas combustion,the calculation of air volume for natural gas calcination in the Maerz kiln,and the optimization of parameters for the supporting equipment.Besides,it proposes the process of using natural gas to calcine active lime in the Maerz lime kiln in an innovative way,providing a new approach to promote the metallurgical lime industry.
