Feeding system is an important component of the twin shaft lime kiln.The article briefs the available mainstream feeding systems of the lime kiln,looks into the shortcomings of the feeding systems based on production experience,and proposes an optimized design scheme for feeding systems of the lime kiln,which has been successfully applied in engineering projects.The optimized feeding system of twin shaft lime kiln has reduced the number of operating equipment and equipment failure rate,improved the operation rate of the lime kiln.In addition,it has reduced the workload of on-site maintenance personnel,significantly improving the operation rate,cost-efficiency,environmental protection effect,safety,and other aspects of the twin shaft lime kiln.The optimization design has achieved good practical results.
