摘要

介绍了取消入窑前原料水洗筛分工艺对麦尔兹窑炉况的影响,采用多级分级入窑工艺技术既提高了原料的利用率,又优化了窑况,提高了产品的产量和质量.原料筛分工艺对竖窑炉况有重要影响.

Abstract

This paper introduces the influence of eliminating the washing and screening process of raw materials before the kiln on the condition of the Maerz kiln.The use of multi-stage grading technology not only improves the utilization rate of raw materials,but also optimizes the kiln condition,improving the output and quality of products.The raw material screening process has a significant influence on the condition of the shaft kiln.
