基于云监测平台的跨铁路桥梁转体智能监测技术及应用

为实现跨铁路桥梁转体过程中的实时智能监测,以提高转体效率和精度,基于云监测平台的数字孪生理论,融合BIM+GIS、智能传感、物联网、边缘计算、云计算等信息化技术,研发了跨铁路桥梁转体智能监测系统.该系统通过智能设备对环境参数、转体参数、结构应力等进行实时监测和同步转体模拟展示,实现桥梁转体全过程智能感知、分析预警及可视化的控制目标.通过实时监测转体桥梁悬臂端位置三维坐标,提出转体角度、转体速度、转体距离等转体参数计算公式,计算结果更符合实际转体情况;针对双转体桥联动监测,给出了双幅桥转体时防碰撞距离计算公式.该系统已成功应用于多座转体桥梁工程,均实现了高效率转体、高精度对位.
Intelligent Monitoring Technologies Used in Rotation Construction of Bridges over Live Railways Based on Cloud Monitoring Platform
A smart rotation construction monitoring system for bridges over live railways is presented,which integrates multiple new-generation digital technologies,including digital twin,combination of BIM and GIS,intelligent sensing,internet of things,edge computing,and cloud computing,etc.to achieve the real-time monitoring of the construction process and improve the rotation efficiency and accuracy.The system is able to conduct real-time monitoring of the environmental parameters,rotation parameters,and structural stresses,and simulate the rotation process as well,thus achieving the expected intelligent sensing,analysis and early warning,and visualization throughout the whole rotation construction process of the bridge.With the real-time 3D coordinates of the ends of the cantilever rotated,the formulas to calculate the rotation angle,angular velocity and rotation distance are created,which are considered reflecting the real rotation performance.To address the linkage monitoring of the rotation of two parallel superstructures,formulas to calculate the proper spacing of the left and right superstructures are given.The presented system has been applied in several bridge projects,helping realize the efficient rotation and high-precision positioning of the structures rotated.
