Study on the Data Security Governance of Platform Enterprises
Platform enterprises promote business model innovation with data resources as the core,bringing about fundamental changes in production and lifestyle,but also causing data security issues such as privacy leakage,data abuse,industry damage,and national security risk.The emergence of these problems has a certain degree of inevitability,which is determined by the vulnerability of data,the pursuit of profit by capital,the asymmetry of technology and the incompleteness of rules.To strengthen the data security governance of platform enterprises,it is necessary to properly handle the relationship between static security and dynamic security,absolute security and relative security,local security and overall security,maintaining security and shaping security.We should balance the demands of different stakeholders and achieve coordinated promotion of multiple goals,and form a well-coordinated mechanism of government governance,social organization governance,public governance,platform enterprise autonomy and global governance.We need to supervise the entire process of platform enterprise data activities at every stage of the data value chain.
