Research on the limits of low-temperature gathering and transportation process of produced liquid in gas bearing oil wells
Due to the long development time of old oilfields,there are some problems such as low liquid production,high water cut and large energy consumption.In order to reduce the operation energy consump-tion of high water cut block in the old oilfield,the cooling experiment has been carried out for the low gas-con-taining oil well and high gas-containing oil well,the change rule of wellhead back pressure and inlet station temperature with time has been determined,and the limits of low temperature gathering and transportation pro-cess of the produced liquid in the gas-containing oil well has been obtained.The results show that there are two abrupt pressure points in the cooling process of low gas-containing oil well.The pressure appears irregular changes in the cooling process of high gas-containing oil well,but there are also sudden pressure regions.The larger the liquid production gets,the higher the water cut gets and the higher the gas-liquid ratio gets,the more favorable the low temperature gathering and transportation of oil well gets.A total of 55 oil wells in the promotion block changed from the double pipe water blending process to the low-temperature gathering and transportation process.After the implementation,it saves 2 359 000 yuan in annual operating costs and reduces annual carbon emissions by 2 650 t,with obviously energy conservation and emission reduction effect.
