Establishment and application of energy efficiency evaluation index system for gathering and transportation system
Due to the incomplete accounting method for energy conservation in oilfield production system,there is a lack of perfect standard basis and comprehensive energy efficiency evaluation method for energy conservation assessment of gathering and transportation system.In response to this issue,based on the current energy efficiency level and actual operating characteristics of the gathering and transportation system,the multi-index comprehensive weighted energy consumption and efficiency evaluation method for the gathering and transportation system is formulated through establishing a new energy efficiency evaluation index system,energy consumption of gathering and transportation system and mathematical model of efficiency evaluation,which achieves the comprehensive evaluation of the overall energy consumption management level and provides the guidance for tapping into energy conservation potential.After on-site practice,the maximum energy conservation rate of the water blending pump and heating furnace in the gathering and transportation station can reach 22.28%and 43.72%respectively,and the comprehensive evaluation levels of energy efficiency have increased from medium to good.
