摘要
电子鼻咽喉镜目前已广泛应用于耳鼻咽喉头颈外科疾病的临床诊治过程中,但却较少应用于常规健康体检中.近年来,健康管理部门及教育部门越来越重视教师的健康问题,咽喉嗓音疾病在教师人群中发病率越来越高,严重影响教师身心健康及工作效率.本文就电子鼻咽喉镜应用于教师健康体检进行探讨,以期提高各界人士对该检查应用于教师人群常规健康体检中的重要性及必要性的总体认识,并为其广泛应用于教师健康体检中提供理论依据和临床指导,做到早发现、早诊断、早干预、早治疗,建立更加完善的健康体检管理模式.
Abstract
Nowadays,electronic nasopharyngoscope has been widely used in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery's diseases,but it is less used in routine physical examination.In recent years,health management departments and education departments have paid more and more attention to teachers' health problems.The incidence of voice disease in the teacher population is getting higher,affecting their personal life and social work seriously.In this paper,the application of electronic nasopharyngoscope to teachers' physical examination is discussed in order to raise the general understanding of the importance and necessity of the examination and to apply it widely to teachers' physical examination to provide theoretical basis and clinical guidance in order to achieve early detection,early diagnosis,early intervention,early treatment,and the establishment of a more perfect health management model.
