人造子宫在超早产儿胎肺保护性发育中的研究进展

随着医疗技术的发展,越来越多胎龄<28周的超早产儿得以救治.但由于各系统发育极不成熟,经积极救治存活下来的超早产儿预后仍不乐观.临床要从根本上降低超早产儿的发病率和死亡率,需转换传统治疗模式.人造子宫通过体外生命支持技术来模拟母体子宫内环境进而维持胎儿重要器官的保护性发育,为改善超早产儿预后提供了新的希望.该文对人造子宫在超早产儿胎肺保护性发育中的优势和关键技术进行综述.
Advances in artificial womb in protective lung development of extremely preterm infants
With the development of medical technology,more and more extremely preterm infants(EPIs)with gestational age less than 28 weeks can be treated.However,due to the immature development of tissues and organs,the prognosis of EPIs survivors after active treatment is still not optimistic.In order to fundamentally reduce the morbidity and mortality of EPIs,the traditional treatment mode should be converted.Artificial womb(AW)simulates the maternal environment in utero through the extra-corporeal life support to maintain the protective development of fetal vital organs,which provides a new hope for improving the prognosis of EPIs.This article reviews the advantages and key technologies of AW in the protective development of fetal lung.
