Study on the correlation between the changes of serum SCC,CA125 and PD-L1 levels and clinicopathological characteristics and apoptosis index in patients with cervical cancer
Objective To study the changes of serum SCC,CA1 25 and PD-L1 levels in patients with cervical cancer and analyze their correlation with clinicopathological characteristics and apoptosis index. Methods 76 patients with cervical cancer who came to our hospital from October 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the experimental group, and 76 healthy women who came to our hos-pital for physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group.Compare the general data of the two groups of subjects;Serum SCC,CA125 and PD-L1 levels were measured by electrochemiluminescence method; The apoptosis index of the two groups was detected by flow cytometry; To analyze the relationship between the changes of serum SCC,CA125 and PD-L1 levels and clinicopathological features and apoptosis index. Results The levels of serum SCC,CA125,PD-L1 and apoptosis index in the ex-perimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The higher the clinical stage, tumor differen-tiation and lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer patients, the higher the serum levels of SCC,CA125 and PD-L1.The clinical stage, tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis were closely related to lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);There was no sig-nificant difference between pathological classification of cervical cancer patients and serum SCC,CA125 and PD-L1 levels(P>0.05).Serum SCC,CA125 and PD-L1 levels in patients with cervical cancer were positively correlated with apoptosis index(r=0.689,0.662,0.495,P<0.05).Conclusion Serum SCC,CA125 and PD-L1 levels in patients with cervical cancer are significantly in-creased,which is closely related to clinical stage, tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis, and is positively related to apop-tosis index, which provides reference for clinical diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of cervical cancer.
