Effect of predictive nursing procedure on prevention of perioperative stress trauma in patients with cardiothoracic surgery
Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing procedure in the prevention of perioperative stress trauma in patients with cardiothoracic surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients with cardiothoracic surgery admit-ted to the hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 were selected as research objects and divided into control group and research group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given the corresponding routine perioperative nursing, and the research group was given the dynamic assessment of pressure ul-cer risk on the basis of the same routine perioperative nursing of the control group, and the predictive nursing program intervention was given. The perioperative Braden score and the incidence of stress trauma were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in Braden scores between the two groups on admission(t= 1.406,P>0.05),the Braden score of the research group was higher than that of the control group at all postoperative stages(P<0.05).The total incidence of stress trauma in research group(2.5%)was lower than that in control group(17.25%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.000,P<0.05).Conclusions Perioperative predic-tive nursing intervention for patients in cardiothoracic surgery can effectively reduce the risk of pressure sore and prevent the occurrence of pressure sore.
