循证护理在糖尿病视网膜病变患者中的应用现状

摘要
糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)属于临床上较为常见的一种慢性糖尿病并发症,重症患者有较高的致盲风险,给患者及家庭带来严重的负担.在治疗过程中如何通过有效的护理干预提高DR患者的生存质量,是医护工作者一直关注的问题,本文阐述循证护理(EBN)理念应用于DR患者的现状及进展,旨在为依据患者的个体情况和需求寻找最适用的证据,利用科学评估工具准确评估患者病情,提供最适用的医疗、护理处置和以人为本的精准护理干预方式.
Abstract
Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is a more common chronic diabetes complication,and severe patients have high risk of blindness,which can cause serious burden on patients and families.In the course of treatment,how to im-prove the quality of life of DR patients through effective nursing intervention is a problem that medical workers have al-ways paid attention to.This paper expounds the present situation and progress of evidence based nursing(EBN)con-cepts in DR,and is designed to find the most applicable evidence according to the individual situation and requirements of the patient,and use the scientific evaluation tool to accurately evaluate the patient's condition,provide the most ap-plicable medical treatment,the treatment of care and people-oriented the precise nursing intervention.
