Focus on solving the value of nursing intervention model for improving the compli-ance and self-care ability of patients with chronic hepatitis B
Objective To analyze and focus on solving the effect of nursing intervention model used in patients with chronic hepatitis B to improve their compliance and self-care ability. Methods A total of 112 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B were received from this hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects, randomly divided into two groups according to the computer digital table method,56 cases of the control group were given routine care,56 cases in the observation group were focused on solving the nursing intervention model. The disease attitude,compliance,self-care ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results After inter-vention,in the observation group, the scores of"positive"items in the MCMQ was higher than the control group, while the scores of"negative"items in the MCMQ were lower than the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group, the compliance rate was 96.43%,which was higher than 82.14% of the control group(P<0.05).In the ob-servation group, the ESCA score was(145.92±19.57),which was higher than the(134.18±19.86)of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group, the CLDQ score was(169.36±20.76),which was higher than(130.68±21.04)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Focusing on solving the nursing intervention model has a significant effect on patients with chronic hepatitis B,which helps to improve patients' attitudes towards disease, enhance compliance,as well as promote patients' self-care ability and quality of life.
