Application of standardized nursing mode guided by JCI standard theory in patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing interventional therapy
Objective To explore the feasibility of standardized nursing mode under the guidance of JCI stand-ard theory for patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing interventional therapy. Methods A total of 70 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated by interventional therapy in this hospital from March 2020 to August 2022 were selected, and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group of 35 patients. The control group implemented the routine nursing mode, and the observation group implemented the standardized nursing mode under the guidance of JCI standard theory. The Chinese version of the Patient Activation Measure(PAM)and the Quality of Life Scale were compared between the two groups of patients before and after three months of nursing. Results There was no statistical difference between PAM score and quality of life score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).In the 3 months after the intervention, patients' self-healthe management awareness(6.12±1.89)score,disease treatment related knowledge(13.28±1.54)score,disease prevention related ability(13.61±1.33)score,belief in healthy living behavior(9.22±1.34)score,PAM score and symptoms(30.17±1.87)score,physical function(35.67±1.55)score,psychosocial function(63.23±4.32)score,cognitive function(11.24±1.34)score,satisfaction(24.88±1.77)score,quality of life scores, adverse reactions(22.14±1.31)score were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with the two modes of routine nursing and standardized nursing under the guidance of JCI standard theory for patients with acute myocardial infarction undergo-ing interventional therapy, the standardized nursing mode under the guidance of JCI standard theory has more significant effects in improving patients' enthusiasm for facing diseases and improving patients' quality of life.
