Impact of cognitive behavioral therapy care on disease uncertainty, coping styles in uremic peritoneal dialysis patients
Objective To explor the effects of cognitive behavioral therapy nursing on disease uncertainty and coping styles in uremic peritoneal dialysis patients. Methods A total of 90 patients with hemodialysis treatment in this hospital from January 2019 to April 2021 were studied as the object, divided into two groups,45 cases per group according to the principle of random digital table. The control group received conventional care during hemodialysis, and the patients in the observation group were cognitiv behanioral cane during hemodialysis, compared the two nursing methods to affect the uncertainty, response mode and hoping level of patient diseases. Results The sense of uncertainty about the disease in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the coping styles of the patients in the observation group after nursing care, the scores of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the hope level of the patients in the two groups after nursing care were significantly higher than those before nursing care, and the hope level of the patients in the observation group after nursing care were higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Cognitive behavioral therapy nursing care in the clinical care of uremic peritoneal dialysis patients has significant advantages, which is not only conducive to preventing and reduc-ing the occurrence of disease uncertainty, but also can increase the patient's hope level, and improve the patient's coping style,so this nursing method has the clinical significance and value of promotion.
