Observation of the nursing effect of modified nursing intervention in patients with microvascular decompression
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the modified nursing intervention in patients with microvascular decompression. Methods A total of 90 patients receiving radiofrequency thermocoagulation treatment microvascular decompression admitted from this hospital from October 2019 to September 2021 as the research object, divided into observation group and control group by random number table method 1 ∶ 1,each group 45 cases, the con-trol group to traditional routine care, observation group to be improved nursing intervention, compare two different intervention mode of patients CPSS,Trigeminal TNQOLS score and adverse reactions. Results CPSS score and CPSS score before observation group(P>0.05),CPS score were higher than before intervention in observation group(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions was 4.44% lower than 20.00% (P<0.05).Conclusions Improved nurs-ing intervention can effectively improve the postoperative pain situation after microvascular decompression, while helping to improve the quality of life and reduce the adverse effects.
