Effect analysis of rehabilitation nursing based on evaluation of deep vein thrombosis in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty for knee osteoarthritis
Objective To explore the clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing based on evaluation of deep vein thrombosis in patients undergoing total knee replacement surgery for osteoarthritis of the knee. Methods A total of 118 patients with unilateral total knee arthroplasty for osteoarthritis of the knee received by this hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as research objects, they were randomly divided into control group and intervention group according to 1 ∶ 1 ratio, the control group of 59 patients received routine rehabilitation nursing measures,59 patients in the intervention group received rehabilitation nursing measures based on evaluation of deep vein thrombosis, one day after admission and four weeks after the intervention, awareness of venous thrombosis disease,American Hospital for Special Surgery knee score(HSS)and complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results 1 day after admission, there was no statistical significance in the cognitive level and HSS of thrombotic diseases between the two groups(P>0.05).Four weeks after the intervention, compared with control group,in the intervention group, knowledge scores of various diseases improved significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the HSS scores of the intervention group were significantly improved(P<0.05).In the intervention group, the incidence of postoperative complications such as venous thrombosis, pressure skin injury, edema and wound infection decreased sig-nificantly(P<0.05).Conclusions Patients with knee osteoarthritis received unilateral total knee arthroplasty, and rehabilitation nursing intervention based on evaluation of deep vein thrombosis was implemented to enhance the knowl-edge of venous thrombosis, improve the functional level of knee joint, and reduce the incidence of postoperative compli-cations.
