Application of lead-in game nursing combined with music training on perioperative children with cochlear implant
Objective To explore the clinical effect of lead-in game nursing combined with music training in perioperative children with cochlear implantation.Methods A total of eighty children with cochlear implantation trea-ted in this hospital from January 2017 to November 2022 were selected as the nursing research objects,random-number assignment tables divided them into a control group and an intervention group,40 cases in the control group received music rehabilitation training and nursing measures,on this basis,40 cases in the intervention group were jointly imple-mented the introduction of game rehabilitation nursing measures,1 day after admission and 3 months after intervention,the adverse mood,hearing status,compliance behavior and other changes of the two groups were observed and com-pared.Results One day after admission,there was no statistical difference between the two groups in bad mood,hearing status and compliance behavior(P>0.05).After 3 months of intervention,compared with the control group,the score of bad mood in children Depression Disorder Self-rating Scale(DSRSC)and children anxiety Mood Disorder Screening form(SCARED)were significantly reduced(P<0.05).The intervention group was higher than the control group in compliance with medicine,speech training,complication prevention,daily attention and other compliance behavior comprehensive scores(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the intervention group improved signifi-cantly in the auditory behavior grading(CAP)and speech intelligibility grading(SIR)(P<0.05).Conclusions The introduction of games combined with music rehabilitation training and nursing measures for children with cochlear implantation during perioperative period can alleviate the adverse emotional state of children,improve their hearing sta-tus and improve their compliance behavior.
