目的 分析耳穴贴压联合穴位注射对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的作用。 方法 选取上海市浦东新区浦南医院2021年1月至2022年2月收治的82例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者作为研究对象，在常规治疗和护理的基础上，对其使用耳穴贴压联合穴位注射。通过在院调查及跟踪回访，于患者入组前与干预8 w时，使用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)以及带状疱疹后遗神经痛中医生活质量量表，分别评价其疼痛情况、睡眠质量以及生活质量。 结果 干预8 w时的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)指标评分均低于入组前，而带状疱疹后遗神经痛中医生活质量量表指标评分均高于入组前(P<0。05)。 结论 耳穴贴压联合穴位注射的应用，能够明显缓解带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的疼痛感，同时明显改善其睡眠质量，在此基础上，显著提升其生活质量。 Objective To analyze the effects of ear acupoint pressure combined with acupoint injection in patients with postherpetic neuralgia。 Methods A total of 82 patients with postherpetic neuralgia treated in this hospital from January 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study objects。On the basis of routine treatment and nursing， the patients were treated with auricular point sticking combined with acupoint injection。Through hospital investigation and follow-up visit， pain， sleep quality and life quality of patients were evaluated by using Visual Analogue Scale (VAS)， Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) and traditional Chinese medicine quality of life scale for postherpetic neuralgia before enrollment and at 8 weeks of intervention。 Results VAS scores and PSQI scores at 8 weeks were lower than before， while traditional Chinese medicine quality of life scale scores of postherpetic neuralgia were higher than before(P<0。05)。 Conclusions The application of ear acupoint pressure combined with acupoint injection can significantly relieve the pain of patients with postherpetic neuralgia， and significantly improve their sleep quality。On this basis， the life quality of patients can be significantly improved。
