基于慕课的混合式临床教学在口腔护理实习中的应用

目的 探讨基于慕课的混合式临床教学在口腔护理实习中的应用效果。 方法 将2021年3月至2023年2月在口腔急诊科轮转实习的护理实习生64名分为研究组和对照组,每组32人。对照组进行常规实习带教,研究组在常规带教的基础上设计线上慕课学习模块。两组在出科前进行理论及技能考核。研究组在课程结束后进行混合式学习主观评价。 结果 研究组理论及技能考核成绩高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0。05);研究组学生对于混合式教学的主观评价较好。 结论 混合式带教模式可提高学生的考核成绩,学生主观评价好,有利于提高护理带教质量。 Objective To explore the effect of mixed clinical teaching based on Massive Open Online Courses(MOOCs) in oral nursing practice。 Methods A total of 64 nursing interns rotating in the dental emergency department from March 2021 to February 2023 were divided into study group and control group, with 32 cases in each group。The control group received routine practice teaching, and the study group designed online MOOCs learning modules based on routine teaching。 The two groups were tested for theory and skills before graduation。The study group conducted a subjective evaluation of blended learning at the end of the course。 Results The theoretical and skill test scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0。05)。 The students in the study group had better subjective evaluation of blended teaching。 Conclusions The mixed teaching mode can improve students' examination results, and students' subjective evaluation is good, which is beneficial to improve the quality of nursing teaching。
