摘要
介绍脑卒中康复护理多学科团队协作模式(MDT)的发展现状，总结该模式的发展历程、组成人员、应用场所、实施流程及该模式的优势，以期为中国脑卒中康复护理MDT提供借鉴。 This paper introduces the development status of multi-disciplinary team(MDT) of stroke rehabilitation nursing and summarizes the development process of MDT cooperation mode of stroke rehabilitation nursing, the implementation personnel, place, process and the advantages of this mode, so as to provide reference the stroke rehabilitation nursing MDT in China.
Abstract
