摘要
简述了髋部骨折患者术后谵妄危险因素，综述了国内外髋部骨折患者术后谵妄风险预测模型，以期为构建适用于髋部骨折患者的术后谵妄风险预测模型提供参考，并为制定髋部骨折患者术后谵妄预防措施提供依据。 In this paper, risk factors for postoperative delirium(POD) in patients with hip fracture were briefly reviewed, risk prediction models for POD in patients with hip fracture at home and abroad were reviewed, in order to provide reference for the construction of POD risk prediction models for patients with hip fracture, and to provide basis for the development of POD prevention measures in patients with hip fracture.
Abstract
