Objective To explore the effect of Internet + multiple disciplinary team (MDT) continuous nursing on the improvement of swallowing function and quality of life in patients with dysphagia after stroke。 Methods Using random sampling method, 80 patients with dysphagia after stroke discharged from July 2020 to June 2021 were divided into control group and intervention group, 40 cases in each。The control group received continuous nursing and the intervention group received continuous nursing in the mode of Internet + MDT cooperation。The swallowing function and post-stroke quality of life of the patients in the two groups were compared before the intervention, 1 month after the intervention and 3 months after the intervention using the water swallowing test and the stroke specific quality of life scale。 Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in swallowing function and quality of life after stroke between the two groups (P>0。05)。 After intervention, the level of swallowing function and quality of life in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0。05)。 Conclusions The continuous nursing of Internet + MDT cooperation mode can significantly improve the swallowing function and quality of life of patients with dysphagia after discharge。
