Objective To analyze the effects of comprehensive training intervention on quality of life and social function in convalescent schizophrenia patients。 Methods A total of 85 patients with convalescent schizophrenia admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to February 2022 were selected and divided into observation group (comprehensive training intervention, 45 cases) and control group (conventional intervention, 40 cases) according to different intervention methods。The scores of the activities of daily living scale (Barthel index), Social Dysfunction Screening Scale (SDSS) and Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 (GQOLI-74) were compared between the two groups, and the medication compliance was recorded in detail。 Results After intervention, the Barthel index score of both groups increased at all time periods, and the Barthel index score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0。05)。 After intervention, the SDSS score of both groups decreased at all time periods, and the SDSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0。05)。 After 2 months of intervention, the physical, mental health, social function and material life scores of GQOLI-74 scale increased in both groups, and the physical, mental health, social function and material life scores of observation group were higher than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0。05)。 The medication compliance rate of observation group (93。33%) was higher than that of control group (77。50%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0。05)。 Conclusions The application effect of comprehensive training intervention in convalescent schizophrenia patients is remarkable, can have a positive impact on improving the quality of life of patients, and can effectively help patients with schizophrenia return to society as soon as possible, which is worthy of clinical application。
