摘要

目的 探讨1+X证书制度下老年护理方向"三位一体"专业建设改革效果。 方法 选取萍乡卫生职业学院2020年入学的100名护理专业(老年护理方向)学生为研究对象,按照班级随机将1班50名学生设为实验组,2班50名学生设为对照组,实验组学生采用"三位一体"专业建设改革措施进行教学,对照组采用常规方法进行教学,通过两组学生老年护理核心能力测评和职业技能等级证书考证通过率评价改革效果,同时采用自设问卷调查实验组学生对"三位一体"教学效果的评价。 结果 实验组学生的老年护理核心能力测评和职业技能等级证书考证通过率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。实验组学生对该种模式的评价均较好。 结论 在护理专业(老年护理方向)采用"三位一体"模式进行专业建设效果较好,可为1+X证书制度下的护理专业建设提供借鉴。 Objective To explore the reform effect of " trinity" specialty construction in elderly nursing under 1+ X certificate system. Methods A total of 100 nursing students (elderly nursing) enrolled in the college in 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly selected according to the class 50 students in class 1 were selected as the experimental group and 50 students in class 2 were selected as the control group.The students in the experimental group used the " trinity" professional construction reform measures for teaching, and the control group used conventional methods for teaching.The reform effect was evaluated through the evaluation of the core competence of geriatric nursing and the passing rate of vocational skill level certificate of the two groups of students.At the same time, the self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the evaluation of the " trinity" teaching effect of the experimental group of students. Results The passing rates of geriatric nursing core ability assessment and vocational skill level certificate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The evaluation of the experimental group students on this model was good. Conclusions The " trinity" model is effective in the professional construction of nursing specialty (elderly nursing direction), which can provide reference for the professional construction of nursing specialty under the 1+ X certificate system.
