目的 探讨专用扩皮针结合MST技术在改良型中等长度导管置管中的应用。 方法 选取2022年1月至2022年10月期间于盐城市第一人民医院接受治疗的癌症患者98例作为研究对象。按照随机数字法对患者进行分组，对照组和观察组，每组49例，对照组患者采用常规扩皮刀扩皮并进行置管，干预组患者采用专用扩皮针结合MST技术进行置管。比较两组患者的焦虑抑郁情绪、导管并发症发生率以及护理满意度的差异。 结果 干预组的患者SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组的患者，患者导管并发症发生率由38。78%降低至6。12%。对照组患者护理满意率为54。5%，干预组患者护理满意率为85。0%，差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。 结论 专用扩皮针结合MST技术应用于改良型中等长度导管置管过程中，能够有效降低患者的焦虑抑郁情绪与导管并发症发生率，提高患者的护理满意度。 Objective To investigate the application of special skin expanding needle combined with Modified Seldinger Technique(MST) technology in the placement of modified medium-length catheter。 Methods A total of 98 cancer patients who were treated in Yancheng No。1 People's Hospital from January 2022 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects。 According to the random number method， the patients were divided into control group and observation group， with 49 cases in each group。Patients in the control group were treated with conventional skin expanding knife and catheterization， while patients in the intervention group were treated with special skin expanding needle combined with MST technology for catheterization。The differences of anxiety and depression， incidence of catheter complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups。 Results The SAS and SDS scores of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group， and the incidence of catheter complications decreased from 38。78% to 6。12%。 The nursing satisfaction rate was 54。5% in the control group and 85。0% in the intervention group， and the difference was statistically significant(P<0。05)。 Conclusions The application of special skin expanding needle combined with MST technology in the process of modified medium-length catheter placement can effectively reduce the anxiety and depression of patients and the incidence of catheter complications， and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients。
