目的 旨在以卓越绩效模型为基础框架,构建消毒供应中心质量评价指标体系,为科学评价消毒供应中心质量提供工具。 方法 依据卓越绩效模型和我国消毒供应中心质量管理现状,进行两轮德尔菲专家函询,构建基于卓越绩效模型的消毒供应中心质量评价指标体系。 结果 构建的评价指标体系,共包含一级指标6个、二级指标27个、三级指标62个。专家函询的专家权威系数为0。892,两轮专家函询的肯德尔和谐系数(Kendall W)分别为一级指标0。142、0。197,二级指标0。185、0。206,三级指标0。199、0。202,变异系数(CV)均值分别为一级指标0。119、0。083,二级指标0。111、0。098,三级指标0。121、0。108。经χ2检验,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0。05)。 结论 本研究构建出的消毒供应中心质量评价指标体系。函询专家积极性高,权威程度高,协调性好,指标构建科学性高。 Objective To construct a quality evaluation index system for disinfection supply centers based on the excellent performance model, and provide a tool for scientific evaluation of the quality of disinfection supply centers。 Methods Based on the excellent performance model and the current situation of quality management in disinfection supply centers in China, two rounds of Delphi expert consultation were conducted, and the final quality evaluation index system for disinfection supply centers was constructed based on the excellent performance model。 Results The constructed evaluation index system includes 6 primary indicators, 27 secondary indicators, and 62 tertiary indicators。 The expert authority coefficient of expert inquiry was 0。892, and the Kendall W of the two rounds of expert inquiry are 0。142 and 0。197 for the first level indicator, 0。185 and 0。206 for the second level indicator, 0。199 and 0。202 for the third level indicator。 The average coefficient of variation (CV) was 0。119 and 0。083 for the first level indicator, 0。111 and 0。098 for the second level indicator, and 0。121 and 0。108 for the third level indicator, respectively。 After Chi square test, the differences were statistically significant (P<0。05)。 Conclusions The quality evaluation index system for disinfection supply centers constructed in this study。 Correspondence experts have high enthusiasm, authority, coordination, and scientific indicator construction。
