Objective To explore the effects of collaborative nursing mode of cardiac rehabilitation intervention on self-management behavior and quality of life of patients with permanent pacemaker implantation。 Methods A total of 100 patients with permanent pacemaker implantation admitted from August 2020 to July 2022 were divided into control group and observation group according to time point。Fifty patients admitted from August 2020 to July 2021 were included in the control group, and 50 patients admitted from August 2021 to July 2022 were included in the observation group。The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation method, and the observation group was treated with cardiac rehabilitation intervention based on collaborative nursing mode。Cardiac function grading assessment, self-management ability, complications, quality of life, compliance behavior, caregiver care ability and so on were compared between the two groups before intervention and 6 months after intervention。 Results Before intervention and 6 months after intervention, there were statistically significant differences in cardiac function grading, self-management ability, quality of life and caregiver care ability between the two groups (Ptime<0。05,Pgroup<0。05)。 Compliance behavior and complication rate in observation group were statistically significant compared with control group (P<0。05)。 Conclusions Cardiac rehabilitation based on collaborative nursing model for patients with permanent pacemaker implantation is beneficial to improve patients′ compliance behavior, caregivers′ caring ability and self-management ability, reduce the incidence of complications, improve patients′ cardiac function and improve their quality of life。
