Objective To investigate the effects of staged comprehensive management intervention on blood glucose levels, delivery outcome and complications in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus。 Methods A total of 123 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus who visited our hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were enrolled in the study, and according to different intervention methods, the patients were divided into control group (routine nursing intervention, n=60) and observation group (staged comprehensive management intervention, n=63), the blood glucose control level, delivery outcome, and the incidence of complications of neonates and patients were observed, and were compared between the two groups。 Results After the intervention, the levels of FBG, 2hPG, and HbA1c in the two groups were significantly reduced, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0。05)。 he total incidence of complications in the observation group (12。70%) was lower than that in the control group (50。00%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0。05)。 The natural delivery rate in the observation group (88。89%) was higher than that in the control group (73。33%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0。05)。 The total incidence of complications in the observation group (7。94%) was lower than that in the control group (21。67%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0。05)。 Conclusions Implementing staged comprehensive management intervention for gestational diabetes mellitus patients can effectively control blood sugar level, increase the rate of natural delivery, and reduce the incidence of complications in patients and newborns, which is worthy of clinical application。
