Objective To observe the effect of six Sigma mode in the management and nursing of low molecular weight heparin subcutaneous injection site in pregnant women in the third trimester。 Methods A total of 90 cases pregnant women late in pregnancy were selected from August 2019 to August 2022 in this hospital treated with low molecular heparin subcutaneous injection hip, randomly divided into control group and observation group, 45 cases, control group routine nursing mode, observation group to implement six sigma model intervention。 The pain scores and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups immediately, 2 h, 6 h after injection, and the nursing staff management scores and work quality scores were compared between the two groups。 Results The pain score and incidence of adverse reactions of pregnant women in the control group were higher than those in the observation group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0。05)。 The management score and quality score of nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P< 0。05)。 Conclusions The implementation of Six Sigma model intervention can reduce the pain feeling and adverse reactions in the treatment of pregnant women in the third trimester, and improve the management ability and work quality of nursing staff。
