Delphi analysis on development speed of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
Objective To discuss the standard of the development speed of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by Delphi.Methods To compile to second round consultation form of "the standard of development speed of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease" which is based on the preview research,documents study and first round experts' questionnaires,and to send out to experts of Chinese Medicine Association Respiratory Branch,and then to collect the data to analyze with Delphi Method.Results The expert positive coefficients are 100％,the authority coefficients is 82.57％.For the main index in the slow development standard,the lung function is lower than level two,the period of the disease is longer and equal than 15 years,all the ratio marks over 60 ％,and the coefficient of variation is lower than 0.3; the items in the secondary index,all the ratio marks over 60％,and the coefficient of variation is lower than 0.3.For the main index in the fast development standard,the lung function is higher and equal than level three,the period of the disease is shorter and equal than 5 years,all the ratio marks over 60％,and the coefficient of variation is lower than 0.3; the items in the secondary index,all the ratio marks except BMI is lower than 21 that is over 60％,and the coefficient of variation is lower than 0.3.Conclusions The frame of the standard has been accepted by the experts,and to provide the basis for the future research on the different development of the disease.
