摘要
鸟肠球菌，经常从鸡粪中分离出来(因此而得名)，最初由于Q群抗原的存在而被称为"Q群链球菌"。鸟肠球菌很少从临床微生物送检标本中分离出来，因此对这种细菌引起的感染性疾病的临床特征知之甚少。本文报道从1例以胸痛伴发热为首发症状的58岁男性患者的胸腔积液中分离出鸟肠球菌，并复习了涉及鸟肠球菌的相关文献。 Enterococcus avium (E.avium), so named because it is often isolated from chicken manure.It was originally called Group Q Streptococcus due to the presence of Group Q antigens.E.avium is rarely isolated from clinical microbiological specimens, so little is known about the clinical characteristics of the infectious patients caused by this bacterium.Therefore, little is known about the clinical characteristics of this infectious disease caused by bacteria.In this paper, Enterococcus avium was isolated from the pleural effusion of a 58-year-old male patient with chest pain and fever as the first symptom, and the related literature involving Enterococcus avium was reviewed.
