Effects of reduced cognitive behavioral therapy combined with Sertraline on suicidal ideation,mental resilience and coping ability in adolescents with depression
Objective To explore the effects of reduced cognitive behavioral therapy combined with sertraline on suicidal ideation,mental resilience and coping ability in adolescents with depression.Methods A total of 86 adoles-cent patients with depression in our hospital from May 2021 to December 2022 were selected as research objects,and divided into traditional group and simplified group according to random number table method.The traditional group was treated with sertraline,and the simplified group was treated with simplified cognitive behavioral therapy for 8 weeks.The suicidal ideation,mental resilience and coping ability of the two groups were compared.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the recognition of the nature of suicidal behavior,attitude to suicide,attitude to suicide family,attitude to euthanasia,mental resilience scale(CD-RISC)and positive coping score of the simplified group were higher than those of the traditional group.Beck depression questionnaire(BDI)and negative coping score were lower than tradition-al group(P<0.05).Conclusion Reduced cognitive behavioral therapy combined with Sertraline can improve mental resilience,regulate coping ability and reduce suicidal ideation in adolescents with depression.
