Effects of Estazolam tablets on psychological and emotional state,mental behavior state,sleep quality and cognitive ability of patients after tibial plateau fracture
Objective To explore the effect of estazolam tablets on mood,mental state and postoperative sleep quality in patients with tibial plateau fractures.Methods 105 patients with tibial plateau fracture in our department from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to ran-dom number table method.Fifty-two patients in the control group were treated with sufentanil,and 53 patients in the observation group were treated with Estazolam tablets.The psychological status,mental status,sleep quality and post-operative complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in opera-tive efficiency and line efficiency between the two groups(P＞0.05).After operation,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale in observation group were lower than those in control group;After surgery,the visual analog scale score and Pittsburgh sleep quality index score of observation group were lower than those of control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Estazolam tablets can partially relieve postoperative bad mood in patients with tibial plateau fractures,improve the sleep quality of patients after surgery,and reduce the pain degree of patients.
