目的 探讨近视儿童家长疾病不确定感与儿童心理健康的关系及其影响因素分析.方法 将我院2022年6月～2023年6月期间800例近视儿童及家属作为研究对象,收集所有近视儿童及家属的一般资料,分析近视儿童心理健康现状,不同特征近视儿童心理健康情况,采用 Spearman相关性分析家长疾病不确定感(Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale-Family Member Form,MUIS-FM)与儿童心理健康量表(Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scale,WEM-WBS)的关系,采用多因素Logistic回归分析近视儿童心理健康的影响因素.结果 800例近视儿童WEM-WBS评分为(47.42±5.23)分,近视儿童WEM-WBS评分在不同性别、民族方面比较无显著差异(P＞0.05),而在年龄、家属文化程度、近视程度、戴镜时间、户外活动时间、MUIS-FM评分方面比较存在显著差异(P＜0.05);近视儿童家长MUIS-FM评分为(93.14±11.23)分,Spearman相关性分析显示WEM-WBS评分与MUIS-FM评分呈负相关关系(P＜0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示年龄小、家属文化程度低、中重度近视、戴镜时间长、户外活动时间短、家长疾病不确定感强是影响近视儿童心理健康的独立影响因素(P＜0.05).结论 近视儿童家长疾病不确定感与儿童心理健康呈负相关关系,且近视儿童年龄小、家属文化程度低、中重度近视、戴镜时间长、户外活动时间短、家长疾病不确定感强是影响儿童心理健康的独立影响因素.
The relationship and influencing factors between disease uncertainty in parents of myopia children and their mental health
Objective To explore the relationship between disease uncertainty among parents of myopia children and their psychological health,and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 800 nearsighted children and their families from our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.General infor-mation on all nearsighted children and their families was collected to analyze the current psychological health status of nearsighted children and the positive psychological health status of children with different characteristics of nearsighted-ness,Spearman correlation analysis was used to investigate the relationship between parental uncertainty in Illness Scale Family Member Form(MUIS-FM)and Warwick Edinburgh Mental Well being Scale(WEM-WBS)in children with myopia.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to investigate the influencing factors of mental health in chil-dren with myopia.Results The WEM-WBS score of 800 children with myopia was(47.42±5.23),and there was no significant difference in the WEM-WBS score among different genders and ethnic groups(P＞0.05).However,there were significant differences in age,family education level,myopia degree,wearing glasses time,outdoor activity time,and MUIS-FM score(P＜0.05).The MUIS-FM score of parents of myopia children was(93.14±11.23),and Spearman correlation analysis showed a negative correlation between WEM-WBS score and MUIS-FM score(P＜0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that young age,low educational level of family members,moderate to severe myopia,long wearing time of glasses,short outdoor activity time,and strong uncertainty of parents'illness were independent influencing factors on the psychological health of myopic children(P＜0.05).Conclusion There is a negative correlation between the uncertainty of disease among parents of myopic children and their mental health.More-over,young age,low educational level of family members,moderate to severe myopia,long wearing time for glasses,short outdoor activities,and strong uncertainty of disease among parents are independent influencing factors that affect children's mental health.
